Optimum Home Health Care Inc. is a proactive, personcal care services agency with locations in Alabama (Fall 2019), North Carolina, South Carolina, and Wisconsin.  We provide assistance with activities of daily living to include, dressing, bathing, mobility, transfer, meal preparation, medication set up, companion serivices, errands, and light housekeeping. 

The time may come when we all will need to reach out for help. It may happen after a sudden unexpected visit to the hospital, or perhaps it could occur after years of never having to depend on anyone else. When you reach out, Optimum Home Health Care will be there. We understand what it means to need help, and we know how difficult it can be to ask for assistance.
